GLASS BEADS
The Glass Beads Series is called such because there are literal glass beads in each piece- thousands of them! I used Golden Paints Glass Beads Gel in the “stripes” on each piece. In a very thin layer, these beads dry clear so you can see the painting and colors through them. I think it’s a really neat way to add texture without distracting from the painting itself. In certain lights and angles, they even have a beautiful sheen to them.
